Common Ailments and Natural Cures

There are many plants which will aid in healing of various ailments so I am going to make a list of the ailments and the plants which will help alleviate the symptoms and perhaps completely heal. Please be aware that I am not recommending you rely entirely on the plants . If the symptoms do not subside after a couple of days then you do need to see a medical doctor.

The ailments I have listed are all common and could respond well to herbal remedies. At least try some of these before running off to the doctor. For more serious ailments I recommend that you seek medical advice and perhaps compliment your prescribed medication with some of the herbal remedies, but do check with your physician first as some may react negatively to the medication or vice versa.
